Winemaking: The cold pre-fermentative maceration, fermentation of great duration, along with the maturation in wine lees for at least 5 moths have given this wine unique sophistication.

Taste features: Fruity aroma, full and fresh taste with flavors of little red fruit. It leaves you with a slightly oily mouth and a long-lasting velvet aftertaste.
