Cabernet Sauvignon & Syrah | Dry Red Aged Wine
A balanced blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah made from low yielding organically grown grapes. The pre-fermentation ctyoextraction processing with the long vinification period, followed by a 12month ageing in new French oak barrels give this wine a great complexity. Remarkably elegant, has a deep red color, a rich aromatic bouquet dominated by red cherry, violet, pepper and vanilla aromas, a full bodied taste and a long velvety aftertaste. Accompanies ideally red meat and yellow cheese.
