Varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon 50%, Syrah 50%

Winemaking: A balanced blend of Cabemet Sauvignon and Syrah made from low yielding organically grown grapes. The pre-fermentation cryoextraction processing with the long vinlfication period, followed by a 20 month ageing in new French oak barrels give this wine a great complexity.

Taste features: Remarkably elegant, has a deep red color a rich aromatic bouquet dominated by red cherry, violet, pepper and vanilla aromas, a full bodied taste and a long velvety aftertaste.
